The Tewa Women's Choir - Tewa Pueblo

Many of the Tewa women are in their 70's and 80's and have been singing together for many years. They transpose traditional church hymns into the Tewa language--truly beautiful and moving. This is a 30 - minute public radio documentary from the landmark native music series, Oyate Ta Olowan--The Songs of the People. The zip file also includes uncut versions of each song featured in the show.
